សួស្តី គ្រួសារ ULS ទាំងអស់គ្នា! ឆ្នាំដែលយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាកំពុងតែតស៊ូជំនះរួមគ្នានេះ ជិតផុតទៅហើយ ប៉ុន្តែត្រឹមកន្លែងដែលយើងកំពុងឈរនេះ យើងសំលឹងឃើញពីអនាគតដ៏ភ្លឺថ្លា និងពោរពេញដោយពណ៌ខៀវស្រស់!

 ដោយសារតែការរាតត្បាតនៃជំងឺកូវីដ-19 យើងតម្រូវឲ្យមានការបិទទប់ និងពង្រឹងលើការការពារសុវត្ថិភាព ដែលជាហេតុធ្វើឲ្យដំណើរការសាងសង់នៃគម្រោងមួយចំនួនរបស់យើងត្រូវបានពន្យាពេល ប៉ុន្តែបើយើងមើលពីភាពវិជ្ជមានវិញ នេះគឺជាការនូវផ្តល់ពេលវេលាដើម្បីឲ្យយើងអាចពង្រឹងម៉ាកយីហោកាន់តែរឹងមាំ និងអាចសិក្សាស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមពីអ្នកគាំទ្រ និងអតិថិជនដែលទិញលំនៅដ្ឋានរបស់យើងឱ្យកាន់តែច្បាស់។

Hello, ULS family! It's almost the end of another challenging year, but from where we're standing, the future looks bright and teal!

The COVID lockdowns and restrictions may have slowed down the construction progress of some of our projects, but on a positive note, it also gave us time to strengthen our brand and get to know our supporters and homebuyers better.

We have two major updates for the last quarter of 2021. First, we engaged the multitalented Sai as ULS' first-ever celebrity ambassador. Born Batham Oun, Sai is an independent singer and actor who is also well known for his social advocacy projects. Aside from being a performer, Sai is also a farming enthusiast and an athlete who has raised funds for the Angkor Wat Hospital for children through his charity runs. Our shared dream of a healthier and more community-focused Cambodia makes Sai the perfect face of the ULS brand awareness campaign.

Our second big update is the launch of our 12.12 Survey Giveaway! We're looking for ideas for our next projects, and we want to hear from you! ULS is launching a survey to help us develop concepts for future homes, offices, and community spaces.

In return for your time and valuable opinions, each completed survey becomes a raffle ticket in our lucky draw.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION 

  • a. The ULS 12.12 Survey Giveaway Lucky Draw begins on November 7, 2021, 09:00 AM (GMT+7) and ends on December 12, 2021, 8:00 AM (GMT+7) (Promotion Period).

  • b. The Sponsor of this Promotion is ULS (Urban Living Solutions Co. Ltd.) By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Lucky Draw. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Lucky Draw. Sponsor may be reached by email at hello@urbanlivingsolutions.com during the Promotion Period. 

2. ELIGIBILITY 

  • a. The prize draw is open to all respondents aged 18 and above based in Cambodia during the time of promotion who complete the ULS online survey hosted on https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TealULS 

  • b. ULS Staff and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising, and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees are ineligible to enter the Lucky Draw or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. 

3. ENTRY 

  • a. Entry to the Lucky Draw is by completing the ULS online survey. By completing the survey entrants confirm that they have the permission of the organisation they are working for to enter the prize draw.

  • b. Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. b. There are no cash alternatives to any of the prizes.

4. PRIZES 

a. There are seven (7) prizes to be given away: 

  • Grand Prize: 1 Vespa Scooter 

  • Minor Prizes: 1 Smeg Stand Mixer 

  • 1 Smeg Blender 

  • 2 Smeg Bread Toasters 

  • 2 Smeg Electric Kettles 

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 

  • a. Submission of completed surveys closes at 8:00 AM on December 12, 2021 with winners drawn by ULS using a computer program to randomly generate winners. The Lucky Draw will be broadcast live on ULS’ official Facebook Page.

  • b. The winner will be notified by email on December 13, 2021 to the email address they specified when they completed the survey. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, then they will forfeit the prize and a re- draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying that they are the winner. The Winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.

  • c. The names of all winners will be published on ULS’ official Facebook page on December 14, 2021.

6. DISPUTES & SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITY 

  • a. The Sponsor of the Lucky Draw takes no responsibility for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.

  • b. In the event of any dispute, ULS’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
