Urban Village - Phase 1

Everyone at ULS is excited by the progress and success of Urban Village Phase 1, the second residential project of ULS. As of November, all structural work is complete and all the fun parts start as the building begins transforming from a concrete structure to a beautiful first home for hundreds of Phnom Penh-ers!

The lead contractor, Urban Cambo Builders, is currently working on tiling, ceiling, painting and MEP work on the various towers. Residents next door at Factory Phnom Penh witness almost daily changes as the building comes together. 

Urban Village Phase 1 is scheduled for handover at the end of March 2020.

100 Sold Out!

Phase I sold out in eight months at an average price of over $2,000 per square meter. The demographic of the buyers was over 60% Cambodian with the remaining mixture composed by international buyers based here and abroad.
