Commercial Finance Manager
ULS is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to support financial modelling, project cost control, cash-flow planning, pricing, and performance reporting across our development portfolio. The role works closely with project development, sales, operations, and finance teams to provide the analysis needed for commercial and investment decisions.
Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of finance experience, including experience in commercial or real estate finance. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, cost tracking, and analytical skills are essential.
