Head Bookseller
Tsutaya Bookstore Cambodia is looking for a Head Bookseller to lead the books department and oversee book curation, inventory, merchandising, and team development. This role plays a key part in building the store’s editorial voice, improving book selection for the Cambodian market, and creating a knowledgeable and engaging experience for readers.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in a commercial bookstore or closely related sector, including 5 or more years in a management position, with strong knowledge of books, retail operations, customer service, and staff development.
