Member Experience Associate
Commune Work is looking for a Member Experience Associate to help create a welcoming, well-run coworking experience at Rose Apple Square in Siem Reap. This role focuses on member support, daily operations, coworking systems, and community activities, helping ensure members feel looked after and connected throughout their time at Commune.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, coworking, customer service, community management, or another people-facing environment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important, along with fluency in both English and Khmer.
