Project Manager
ULS is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of real estate projects, from planning and approvals to construction and handover. The role balances technical oversight with managerial leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Candidates should have at least 9 years of project management experience, proven ability to manage consultants and contractors, and expertise in high-rise or mixed-use development.
