Meet Sven Adler
In September 2019, Sven Adler joined ULS as Project Manager, leading its largest project to date, Odom Tower. With 13 years of experience as a logistics officer in the German Defence Force, Sven possesses strong analytical skills and detailed knowledge in supply chain management.
Bakong Village, we’ve broken ground!
Bakong Village, ULS’ first project in Siem Reap, has now broken ground and is under active construction. Ten percent of the properties are under contract during pre-sales and we’ve just launched public sales.
Urban Village - Phase 1
Everyone at ULS is excited by the progress and success of Urban Village Phase 1, the second residential project of ULS. As of November, all structural work is complete and all the fun parts start as the building begins transforming from a concrete structure to a beautiful first home for hundreds of Phnom Penh-ers!
