House Captain
Commune Live is looking for a House Captain to oversee the day-to-day resident experience at Rose Apple Square in Siem Reap. This hands-on role combines hospitality, operations, community engagement, and sales, from welcoming and supporting residents to managing enquiries, coordinating activities, and helping the coliving space run smoothly.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, coliving or coworking, community management, tourism, residential operations, sales, or another people-facing environment. Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to build relationships and create a positive community experience.
