Quantity Surveyor
ULS is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial control across the full project lifecycle. This role focuses on cost estimation, tender evaluation, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure developments are delivered within budget and aligned with commercial objectives. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of construction costs and contracts, and the ability to collaborate closely with consultants and contractors on developer-led projects.
