Senior Designer
ULS is on the search for a Senior Designer to lead architectural design coordination from feasibility through detailed design development. The role is responsible for maintaining design quality, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring alignment with project goals, regulatory requirements, and buildability standards across multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and proficiency in architectural design and BIM workflows, with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use project experience considered an advantage.
